The hotel was conveniently located near the main road and there were a few restaurants nearby. The staff was polite and accommodating, allowing me a late check-out. The breakfast was amazing with homemade jam, Portuguese egg tarts, and good coffee. The room was clean and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and a refrigerator. Free private parking was available and there was a pool on-site.
Everything was spot on.

The breakfast had a good variety of food; bread, cheese, ham, juice, coffee, and cereals. the staff were friendly and tried to help, even though they didn't speak English very well. the hotel was clean and had a nice view of the vineyards. It was also located next to some hot springs.
The hotel was too big and felt empty. the room had no electric sockets near the bed for convenient phone charging, and the lighting was too dim for reading.

The breakfast had a good variety of food and the coffee was great. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything you need. The location was convenient and close to the main attractions. I also enjoyed the view from my room.
The Christmas decoration was very poor, and the staff seemed uninterested in creating any holiday spirit. The bathroom towels were not changed during my stay, and the bed was uncomfortable.

This hotel is a great place to stay for families. the polite staff was very facilitating and the location is perfect. It's close to a public pool and the spa. the rooms are clean and well-equipped with great bathroom facilities. the breakfast is amazing with homemade jam and other offerings. There are many different choices, including cheese, ham, and delicious Portuguese egg tarts.
The parking signs could be clearer, making it slightly difficult to find at first.
